Order Fulfillment Time
1.1 Standard Orders: Typically, our order fulfillment time is 2-5 business days before shipping. This timeframe begins once the order status changes to "Accepted."
1.2 Orders with More than 10 Items: Orders that contain more than 10 items may take a bit longer to fulfill, usually within 3-10 business days from the time the order status changes to "Accepted."

Order Status
2.1 New Orders: For the first 24 hours after placing your order, the order status will be indicated as "New." During this time, you can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order.
2.2 Accepted Orders: After the initial 24-hour period, the order status will change to "Accepted." At this point, your order is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or cancel orders at this stage.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
3.1 Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include details of your order and the shipping address provided.
3.2 Tracking Information: We will also send you tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and know when to expect delivery.
