Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please be aware that achieving the full results from these supplements may require up to two weeks.
1. Returns
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Return ShippingÂ
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement/Refund ExemptionsÂ
Happy Mana'o will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

Wrong Address – If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Buyer's Remorse – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products or exchange of a product are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size/product exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your own expense.
